Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We choose FedEx as our shipping partner; all shipments can be tracked online by using FedEx's website. Due to the value of the products, customers can select to purchase additional insurance to insure the products.

Delivery Time

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of the items you ordered and the shipping options you've chosen.

Upon your order placement, you will also receive a confirmation email from us with the estimated delivery date attached. All orders should take no longer than 4 weeks to deliver. We advise you to place your order 3 weeks in advance if you want to request for a specific delivery date. We cannot guarantee date of delivery if your orders are placed within 2 weeks.

Taxes

Some products are being shipped directly from the factory located in Hong Kong; therefore, in some occasions, import taxes may apply. You are responsible in paying all related taxes; it is not our duty to pay the tax.
