Return or Refund Policy

All products being sold on Diamondsillusion.com have a 6 days return policy. If customers are not fully satisfied with their purchase, upon receiving their product, they can ship it back for an exchange or refund within 6 days. A 5% restocking fee will be charged if you are making a refund. If you are making an exchange, the restocking fee can be waived, however the customers will have to pay for shipping charges again. Exchange items' price must be equal or greater than the original purchase value. It will take up to 60 days for customers to get their refund.
